This page contains the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") for MedStaff’s Healthcare Jobs Alerts. In order to use this service and the content provided within, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions and provide your cell phone number. You are consenting to receive alerts via text message from MedStaff. You are agreeing to receive a maximum of 15 text messages per week from MedStaff.
MedStaff’s Healthcare Jobs Alerts are free, though standard text messaging fees for your cell phone provider may apply based on your cell phone/text messaging plan. You represent that you or, if you are not the account holder for the cell phone number provided, the account holder authorizes charges for these text messages to appear on the wireless bill associated with the cell phone number provided or to be deducted from prepaid balance.
HOW TO OPT IN: To opt in or subscribe to our service, you can register from our website or text "MEDSTAFF" to 68773 and we’ll guide you through the process from your mobile phone.
HOW TO OPT OUT: To opt out or unsubscribe to our service, you can text "STOP" to 68773 or STOP MS or STOP ALL (if you are subscribed to multiple services) from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our Healthcare Jobs Alerts service. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-subscribe. Please note that SMS/text messaging is not a secure form of communication and we suggest you password protect your device.

MedStaff may terminate this Agreement or your account (or any part therein) at any time in our sole discretion. MedStaff reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the service at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or disabling of this service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MedStaff and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service.
You agree that use of MedStaff's Healthcare Jobs Alerts is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your mobile device, any injury and/or loss of data that results from the use of MedStaff's Healthcare Jobs Alerts or from your inability to access or receive the MedStaff’s Healthcare Jobs Alerts.
