TRAVEL NURSING IN Maryland
Maryland Spotlight
BaltimoreRising from the Patapsco River that empties into the Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore is a true American success story.
Nicknamed "Charm City" because of its hospitality, pride shines through in every nook, from the beautifully kept cobblestone streets of historic Fells Point to the wide avenues of the wealthy Mount Vernon. You can even sense the pride in the elaborate descriptions of entrees on the menus in Little Italy. There is no doubt that this city is proud, and it has every right to be. It has a courageous past and a very bright and promising future.
Eastern Shore Area
The Chesapeake Bay and Ocean City are two of the most beautiful places in Maryland. The Chesapeake Bay hosts many recreational activities and has Virginia's colonial heritage, leading to the thriving tourism industry. Enjoy white sands and warm calming days as you gaze into the Atlantic Ocean. In fact, Ocean City is known as "The East Coast's Number One Family Resort."
Medical Facilities
When it comes to healthcare, Maryland has a world-class reputation and is looked at by physicians as the backyard to some healthcare heavyweights. The technological innovations in the healthcare arena range from identifying a key enzyme in the brain that forms Alzheimer's disease to discovering a new gene family that contributes to aggressive prostate, lung, breast and children's cancers. Below is a sampling of hospitals staffed by Medstaff:
