TRAVEL NURSING IN Florida
Florida Spotlight
OrlandoOrlando is arguably best known for its theme parks, and some residents do take advantage of their close proximity to so many attractions by purchasing yearly passes. But Orlando is quickly becoming the cultural hub of Central Florida. The city has its own Opera Company, ballet troupe, orchestra, and concert band. Local colleges produce live theater and UCF has an annual Shakespeare Festival. The local libraries offer a number of activities for children, and kids also enjoy the Orlando Science Center, which has 42,000 square feet of permanent and interactive exhibits.
Tampa and St. Petersburg
The Tampa and St. Petersburg areas make up the business hub of the western coast of Florida. While not as large as some of its east coast rivals, there is plenty of upbeat culture and stimulating atmosphere in Ybor City. Don't forget to check out Busch Gardens amusement park if you're looking for an adventure. Relax after a day of sightseeing by gazing into the beautiful scenery of the gulf coast.
Miami Metro Area
Also known as South Florida, this area is the most popular destination spot in all of Florida. Consisting primarily of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, the gold coast shines with sunny weather and at night becomes one of the country's most lively locations. Downtown Miami is vibrant with all kinds of restaurants, clothing, and jewelry stores. Make sure to visit the Miami Art Deco District or play a round on any number of excellent golf courses.
