Assurance Pledge
MedStaff takes pride in differentiating itself from other travel
companies. One of the ways we achieve this separation is by attending
to details that effect quality and standard for both our clients
and our staff. One of the details in which we have received positive
feedback is our Quality Assurance Pledge (Q.A.P.). If you're not
satisfied with the MedStaff placement during the first week of the
assignment, MedStaff will credit your facility for the total billing
related to that placement for the week.
This guarantee is MedStaff’s
commitment to providing our clients with an outstanding caliber of
healthcare professional and high level of client satisfaction. This
early termination only applies to poor clinical performance on behalf
of the healthcare professional, not due to situations such as low
hospital census or family emergencies. The following is the procedure
that MedStaff requests from the facility to determine if a healthcare
professional and the facility is eligible for the early termination
benefit:
- An authorized representative from your facility is to
contact your MedStaff account executive immediately upon problem
identification. Your MedStaff account executive is available Monday – Friday,
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST) at (800) 732-9992. If an issue occurs
other than during these hours, the facility representative is to
call the same 800 number and our answering service will relay the
message to your MedStaff account executive. You will be called
the next business day.
- The facility representative and
MedStaff account executive will discuss the situation and agree
on an immediate approach.
- Whether counseling or termination
is required, the facility is expected to document the situation
and fax the information to MedStaff at (610) 353-7850.
- In
the event of termination, MedStaff will work closely with the facility
representative to facilitate whatever steps are necessary for a
smooth transition and replacement.
